David Nix - receiving his MBE David Nix – Trustee, Birmingham. David is a Trustee of Transplants in Mind and Chairman of the Donor Family Network.

Vic Rawlings - Lord Mayor's Show 2006 Vic Rawlings – Volunteer. “I became a volunteer after receiving a double lung transplant, which opened my eyes to the situation that with no donors there are no transplants. That’s why I do all I can to get people to sign the register”. Vic also volunteers for the Transplant Support Network

Phil Pocock - Lord Mayor's Show 2006 Phil Pocock – Volunteer, Bristol. “Having been employed as a statistician at UK Transplant since 1993 it is easy for me to see that the numbers show that organ transplantation ‘works’. But meeting with recipients, donor families and others associated with it convinces me even more how worthwhile it is and to get involved and do my bit in helping promote organ donation…..And driving the bus is fun!”

Catharine Hall - Manchester 2006 Catharine Hall – Bristol. Catharine has been an active volunteer for several years, and was one of the stars of the 2006 National Transplant Week poster campaign.

Andy Cook - Lord Mayor's Show 2006 Andy Cook – had a heart transplant in 1998. “If it was not for my donor I would not be alive today, so it is important to me to be a donor and volunteer on the donor bus”
