British Heart Foundation

The British Heart Foundation are showing their support for Organ Donation and Transplantation by providing a 3 year grant to help run the Transplants in Mind Donor Bus. This grant will enable Transplants in Mind to refurbish the Bus and to make better use of this valuable donor awareness resource.
