Pemberton's Chocolate Farm

Pemberton’s Chocolate Farm is set in rural West Wales. The family run business makes handmade chocolates and is open to the public for tours during the summer months.

Pemberton’s have kindly supported Transplants in Mind by providing a unique prize for our Dorchester raffle, as well as after dinner mints.
